When You use FLIPPMODE.COM to find, buy, rent lease, contract consult or fill out a form we collect (but are not limited to) email addresses, Phone numbers, and names. If you use our transaction services you may be asked to provide more sensitive information, such as your income, housing history, and credit score. FLIPPMODE.COM may store and share this information as well. We may store real estate and contractor’s license ID numbers. We collect Activity information such as usage activity, clicks, favorites, and amounts of time spent on sections of the website.

FLIPPMODE.COM reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in that case, you agree to cooperate with FLIPPMODE.COM ’s defense of that claim.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF OR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES, YOUR DEALING WITH ANY OTHER USER, AND ANY MATERIALS, INCLUDING ALL USER AND FLIPPMODE.COM MATERIALS, AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES,AND USE, ACCESS, DOWNLOAD, OR OTHERWISE OBTAINMENT OF MATERIALS THROUGH THE SERVICES AND ANY ASSOCIATED SITES OR SERVICES, ARE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR PROPERTY (INCLUDING YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR MOBILE DEVICE USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES), OR THE LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR THE DOWNLOAD OR USE OF THOSE MATERIALS
9.CANCELLATION
and refund policies differ according to the payment term. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we do issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
10.MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
When canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund; however, your subscription access and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.
11.ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
When cancelling an annual subscription, all future charges associated with future years of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term. However, your subscription access and subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.
12.SUBSCRIPTIONS
Purchased via STRIPE® are billed either monthly or annually. Your selected payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will be renewed automatically, and you will be charged in advance of each billing cycle unless you cancel. If you subscribed under an introductory offer, at the end of your introductory period or trial period, your payment method on file will be charged automatically each month for the full price of your subscription. All Subscriptions are listed and charged in US Dollars ($)
13.SPECIAL PROMOTIONS
NEW USERS We may occasionally offer promotions with terms outside our standard monthly & annual subscriptions. The specific terms of each promotion are stated at the time the promotion is offered. At the end of the promotion, your subscription will automatically renew at the non-promotional rate.
INTRODUCTORY PERIOD at the end of your introductory period, your payment method on file will be charged automatically each month or year for the full price of your subscription. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as FLIPPMODE.COM
14.USER-GENERATED CONTENT
FLIPPMODE.COM is under no obligation to edit or control your User Materials or the User Materials of any other User and will not be in any way responsible or liable for any User Materials. FLIPPMODE.COM may, however, at any time and without prior notice, screen, remove, edit, or block any User Materials on the Services, including User Materials, FLIPPMODE.COM sole judgment violate these Terms of Use or are otherwise objectionable You understand that when using the Services, you may be exposed to User Materials of other users and acknowledge that User Materials may be inaccurate offensive, indecent, or objectionable. You agree to waive, and do waive, any legal or equitable right or remedy you may have against FLIPPMODE.COM with respect to User Materials. FLIPPMODE.COM expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Materials. If notified by a user or content owner that User Materials allegedly do not conform with these Terms of Use, FLIPPMODE.COM may investigate the allegation and determine in FLIPPMODE.COM sole discretion whether to remove the User Materials, which FLIPPMODE.COM reserves the right to do at any time and without notice. 15.WINDOWS LIVE VIRTUAL EARTH. Windows Live Virtual Earth imagery is supplied by Microsoft Corporation, and use is subject to the Microsoft MapPoint Terms of Use available at http://www.microsoft.com/maps/assets/docs/terms.aspx.
16.GOOGLE MAPS. Some of the Services implement the Google Maps web mapping service. Your use of Google Maps is subject to Google’s terms of use, available at http://www.google.com/intl/en_us/help/terms_maps.html , and Google’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.google.com/intl/ALL/policies/privacy/index.html.
17. POSTINGS - USERS ARE ONLY ALLOW TO POST PICTURES OF REAL ESTATE TOTAL OF 7 PICTURES PER PROPERTY.
18. We reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this policy, which could include removing or disabling
access to content, suspending a user’s access to the Services, or terminating an account. Report abuse to info@flippmode.com.
19. Free Trial
Free Trial. If you register on FLIPPMODE.COM for a free trial, FLIPPMODE.COM will make one free Subscription Service available to you on a
trial basis free of charge until the earlier of (a) the end of the free trial period for which you registered to use the applicable
Subscription Services (s), or (b) the start date of any payable Subscription Services ordered by you or (c) termination by FLIPPMODE.COM
in its sole discretion. During your free trial, you may access and use the applicable Subscription Services.
You shall be responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials used to access the Subscription Services and you
shall not share those credentials with any third party or otherwise permit any third party to use the Subscription Services.
At the end of the trial period (7 days), you will be billed via STRIPE $59.00 per month until you cancel.
If you have selected a yearly, half-yearly package you will be billed at the time of sign-up. You can cancel your account by
selecting “cancel account” once you have signed in to your dashboard, or you can cancel your account by sending an email
to Info@flippmode.com
YOU MUST CANCEL BY THE 7th DAY OF THE MONTH TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOR YEARLY OR HALF YEARLY MEMBERSHIP.
THERE IS NO REFUND FOR THE 7 DAY FREE TRIAL IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL – YOU WILL BE CHARGED ON THE 8TH DAY OF MEMBERSHIP.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR THE FREE TRAIL CANCELED AFTER THE 7 DAY.
20. Flippmode.com reserves the right to remove any listings that are more than 5 months old.
We may occasionally amend this Privacy Policy to reflect FLIPPMODE.COM’S activities and user feedback and we reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. If at any point we decide to use personal information in a manner that is materially different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will endeavor to notify you of such changes by email and updated version on our website
